Trailer: "LIFE or DEATH?"

Just like the American PGA Tour, the European Tour chose to suspend the players who chose to switch to the Saudi-funded LIV Tour.

Despite that, several LIV players have continued to do some competitions on the European Tour, including Henrik Stenson who in January played two competitions in Dubai.

Five days of negotiations

This has been possible, as the suspensions have been temporarily lifted pending a ruling by Sports Resolution UK, a sports court in London.

And today the negotiations start there.

They are estimated to take five days, before the panel that will make the decision sits down and writes down the decision that determines whether LIV players will continue to be able to play on the European Tour.

“A soup right now”

In the SVT Sports documentary "Life or Death?"

among others, the Swedish LIV player Henrik Stenson talks about the situation in the golf world.

- It's a bit of a soup right now.

But the sun will rise tomorrow too.

Hopefully these pieces will fall into place and we will have a slightly calmer everyday life out on the world tour, he says there.
