Emelianenko had a farewell fight with Bader as part of the Bellator tournament, where he lost to the American fighter by knockout in the first round.
On account of the 46-year-old Emelianenko, 40 wins and seven losses, one more fight was declared invalid.
Bader, 39, has 31 wins and seven losses.
Earlier, Russian Bellator fighter Anatoly Tokov lost in a title fight for the middleweight championship belt to American Johnny Eblin.
