During the Thursday evening, the athletics competition Gothenburg Games took place for the first time.

For Khaddi Sagnia, the competition was extra special, as it was held in her hometown.

- It feels so cool.

When it's at home, you obviously want to win, Sagnia told Göteborgs-Posten before the competition.

And the 28-year-old long jumper had a good start to the competition.

Out of a total of eight competitors, Khaddi Sagnia was the last to do her first jump - and she took the lead straight away by jumping 6.52.

Sagnia followed that up by jumping 6.58, which was the longest jump of the evening.

Second in the competition was Tilde Johansson with 6.38.

Maja Åskag, who jumped 6.33, was third.
