Recently, the junior HV fired one of the assistant coaches, Johan Åkerman, who was replaced by the animal farm profile Charles "Challe" Berglund, who remains together with Lindbom and Per Gustafsson and William Rahm.

The change applies from tomorrow, writes HV71 on its website.

"The team has been successively strengthened, but so far it has not had the desired effect.

Competence and skill are in the squad and we are convinced that the above-mentioned change will lift the team", writes HV's board.

51-year-old Lindbom, stepping down from his role as club director, is a HV legend after his extra-time goal against Brynäs in the decisive SC final against Brynäs in 1995, which gave the club its first SC gold.
