This season, Seibu will form a partnership with Teikyo University on sports medicine, etc., to strengthen the system for athlete injury prevention and recovery.



Along with this, we will open the "Lions Orthopedic Clinic" near Belluna Dome in Tokorozawa City next spring in order to provide advanced sports medicine to local people.



Physicians and physical therapists from the Teikyo University Sports Medicine Center, who serve as Seibu team doctors, provide medical care, and in addition to treating and rehabilitating people injured in sports, they also offer programs such as exercise and health promotion for the elderly. It means working on it.



The establishment of an orthopedic clinic by a professional sports team is the first for a professional baseball team, although it is for soccer and rugby.
