Linn Svahn came in fifth place last weekend and followed that up with a fourth place on Saturday, ahead of the two WC-ready Swedes Johanna Hagström and Jonna Sundling.

She has previously run two sprints since her comeback in the World Cup – and both times it ended with a final place.

But today it ended in 15th place for Svahn.

- If I had had a better starting position, I could have been in that group before.

It was a bit sour.

I really started last and had to make the best of the situation, says Linn Svahn to SVT Sport after the finish.

Steep as in

Alpe Cermis

The hardest part was not the race but the hill, which they went up six times.

- I heard that it was the same slope as the steepest one in Alpe Cermis.

It must have looked awful...oh sorry, it must have looked awful, she says.

- It was a hill haha.

It remains to be seen if she will be selected for the WC in Planica in February.
