An official statistic monitored by «Emirates Today» from the official website of the Football Association during the first round of the ADNOC Professional League revealed a significant decline in the number and value of disciplinary financial fines issued by the Disciplinary Committee of the Football Association against league clubs due to the behavior of its players and fans with actual actions inside the stadium. As the total value of disciplinary fines after the end of the 13th round of the current season amounted to 205 thousand dirhams, while the total disciplinary financial fines in the same period of the last season amounted to 609 thousand dirhams (66% decline rate).

While the financial fines for only one match, which is the Al-Wahda and Al-Ain match in the second round of the ADNOC Professional League from last season, exceeded the financial fines that occurred during the entire first round of the current season 2022-2023, the total financial fines against Al-Wahda and Al-Ain clubs due to the actions of players in the two teams in That match amounted to 590 thousand dirhams.
