Video technology gives Al-Bataeh two penalties to tie Kalba

Al-Bataeh tied with its guest, Ittihad Kalba, 2-2, today, Saturday, at Saqr bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi Stadium in Khorfakkan Club, as part of the ADNOC Professional League competitions.

Kalba appeared the better party until the 82nd minute, during which he scored two goals, before Al-Bataeh managed to score the equalizing goals through two penalty kicks that were calculated by a decision from the video technology.

Ittihad Kalba opened the scoring through Brazilian Daniel Besa, taking advantage of an attack made by Abdulsalam Muhammad from a ball that he reached from Romanian Alexander Cisaldo in the 33rd minute, which Daniel hit with a technical touch with the tip of the foot.


In the second half, the "Tigers" almost advanced with a new goal, after two dangerous attacks in front of the goal, through Brazilian Daniel and Ahmed Amer, who were pushed out of the danger zone.

Ahmed Amer was stumbled on the outskirts of the penalty area, so the "Tigers" got a direct free kick, which Al-Ramani Sisaldo hit, scoring the second goal, after the ball hit the crossbar and entered the goal.


Al-Bataeh won a penalty kick after his player, Siko Baba, was tripped by Abdulaziz Hamad, and Joao Pedro hit it, scoring the goal in the 83rd minute.

Al-Bataeh got a second penalty after a second blocking by Abdulaziz Hamad, and the latter received a red card, and Lawrence Doe kicked the ball into the goal, scoring the equalizer 90 + 2.
