The French handball team won brilliantly against Sweden this Friday evening, in the semi-finals of the World Handball Championship.
The Blues will face Denmark in the final.
The France team qualified for the final of the Handball World Cup by beating European champion Sweden at home (31-26) on Friday in Stockholm, and will face Denmark, double defending champion, on Sunday.
The Blues, six times world champions, will play their first World Cup final since their last home title in 2017. The French were beaten by the Swedes in the semi-finals of the World Cup-2021 and Euro-2022.
