It was an evening that Örebro quickly wanted to forget.

The SHL's fifth in the table finally lost 5–1 at home against Oskarshamn.

- We know what to do about it, but today we are not succeeding in it.

It is frustrating and annoying, says Mathias Bromé to SVT Sport.

The away team had a great start to the match.

Oskarshamn already had a 2-0 lead after five minutes.

Johannes Salmonsson and Jiri Smejkal scored the first two goals of the match as Oskarshamn got an early reward.

With his goal, Smejkal has now scored in four straight SHL games.

Örebro found its way back into the match in the second period.

Rodrigo Abols reduced for the home side, who began their quest for an equaliser.

However, Örebro did not receive any further dividends, and Oskarshamn could instead extend the lead through Juuso Riikola.

The goal was the 29-year-old's first in the SHL.

Bromé criticizes Örebro

With barely a minute left to play in the middle period, Oskarshamn scored again, when Jonas Engström sent in 4–1.

Ahti Oksanen then scored the last goal of the match, when he made it 5–1 in the third period.

- It is far too bad.

We concede chances that they score and they are skilled.

We make it 2-1 in the powerplay, but then the two score quickly and take over the momentum again.

Then it will be tough to hunt, says Mathias Bromé.
