Russians and Belarusians may participate in the upcoming Olympics under a neutral flag.
That according to the IOC's latest statement.
"One should further investigate a way for athletes to participate under strict rules," they write.
The announcement comes shortly after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has expressed that he really does not want to see Russian athletes in the Olympics.
