• Courts The security cameras corner Dani Alves: "He took my hand, put it on his penis and I removed it. He did it twice, the second time with great force"

There is more and more evidence against the player

Dani Alves

in the case opened in the Investigating Court 15 of Barcelona against him for sexual assault.

According to judicial sources have explained to this medium, in his statement before the judge, the victim explained that Alves has a crescent-shaped tattoo on his abdomen, and that it was

very visible

throughout the non-consensual relationship, since he saw it when he he tried to force him to give her a fellatio and she resisted when he locked her in the bathroom of a VIP room in a nightclub in Barcelona.

When it was Alves' turn to testify, after the "forceful" version of the victim, the judge asked the player about the tattoo.

At that time, her version was that he was in the sink sitting on the toilet bowl and she had come in and

pounced

on her.

For this reason, the magistrate wanted to know where he was taking him and how it was possible for the victim to detail his half-moon tattoo if he had not gotten up and therefore his shirt covered him.

The player rectified and admitted that he got up when she entered and that is why he could see the tattoo that is usually covered by clothing, since it goes down from the abdomen to the genital area.

Later in his statement, the player would end up saying that the relationships were consensual.

It was precisely those three changes of version during his statement one of the arguments for which provisional detention was ordered.

For this reason, Alves' family wants him to change his lawyer and testify again, a request that the player who trusts his current lawyer resists.

His defense works to present the appeal against the prison order and whose term ends this Wednesday.

They request that the burdensome prison measure be changed for another such as a prohibition to leave the national territory, withdrawal of a passport or a deposit, which could be high due to the purchasing power of the player, despite the fact that in his statement he confused the money he earned with Pumas in Mexico, before the termination of his contract.

The judge asked how much he earned and he said that it was 30,000 euros per month, for which the magistrate rectified, since she had his contract, and replied that it was 300,000 euros per month.

His lawyers could present the appeal to a higher instance, such as the Barcelona Court, taking into account that the investigating court will most likely not change its mind from Friday and maintain provisional detention.

Alves was transferred this Monday to another prison and will be assigned a low-danger module, as well

as a cellmate

for a better adaptation to prison.

He is still dejected but his spirits have improved according to prison sources and now he will adapt to a smaller module of Brians 2, which guarantees safety and coexistence in the face of the alteration of having a celebrity in a prison.

A solid accusation

The court ordered provisional detention not only because of the risk of escape, since Alves has purchasing power, which would facilitate his escape to Brazil, a country with which there is no extradition treaty, but also because of the numerous indications against the footballer.

The victim's version contrasts with the changes in the Brazilian's statement while the Mossos d'Esquadra analyze the biological remains that remained in the woman and in the dress she was wearing that is provided as evidence in the case.

The security cameras also show how Alves "began to fool around with all of us," the victim explained to the police in reference to her and her friends.

He then urged her to enter a bathroom and there he allegedly assaulted her to overcome her resistance and then raped her.

When she finished, she went to the door but he said "you're not going to go, I'll go out first", and she left.

The victim explained that she took a long time to leave the bathroom because "she couldn't open the door because of her own nerves" and that when she went out to the VIP room, only her friends were left.

It was then that she began to cry and on the way out, the doorman asked "what's wrong? Lovesickness?"

and that was when the women told that one of them had been raped.

At that moment, those responsible for the nightclub let the girls in and the protocol for sexual assaults began, which ended up with the victim in the hospital and later in the police station.

"Every time I remember what happened to

me, I feel like vomiting

," the woman explained in her statement to the police.

Her quick denunciation and the actions of the specific Mossos unit were key to arresting Alves.
