Strong Swedish team for the Gothenburg Horse Show with Henrik von Eckermann at the head

Sweden's squad for the Gothenburg Horse Show consists of twelve show jumpers.

Among them is world number one and Jerring Prize candidate Henrik von Eckermann.

Confederation captain Henrik Ankarcrona sees the team as the strongest Sweden has had.

- The strongest squad with depth and width we have had in Gothenburg.

The riders are longing and I think the audience is too.

We will do everything we can to give them a chance to celebrate, says Henrik Ankarcrona in a statement.

The squad also includes Peder Fredricson, Jens Fredriksson and Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli, who unexpectedly won her World Cup debut in Gothenburg.

The Gothenburg Horse Show is broadcast on SVT on February 24-26.
