Joon-seok Yeo, the future player of Korean basketball, entered Gonzaga University, a prestigious college basketball player in the US, and prepared a stepping stone for the 'dream stage', the NBA.



The Gonzaga University basketball team announced their joining by posting a photo of Yeo Jun-seok wearing a team uniform on social media.



Yeo Jun-seok, who chose to go to the United States with the goal of advancing to the NBA in June of last year while he was in his first year at Korea University, took on a full-fledged challenge at Gonzaga University, a prestigious NCAA and American Collegiate Sports Association basketball league.



It is the third Korean men's basketball player to advance to the NCAA, following Choi Jin-soo and Lee Hyun-joong.



Yeo Jun-seok, who is 2m 3cm tall and can freely use difficult dunks with great elasticity, was recognized for his potential enough to be selected for the adult national team in high school and emerged as the future of Korean basketball.



Jun-Seok Yeo joins his team training right away, but will play NCAA games starting next season as a sophomore.
