One might have thought that Gerhardsson had learned after he happened to tell about Sweden's upcoming national team opposition a few years ago before everything was signed.

But after keeping a low profile since then, the women's national team captain spoke again on Tuesday, following a training session during the ongoing national team camp on Portugal's Algarve coast.

Ready for the Super League

It was when asked which of the selected players impressed him the most in their club teams, that it slipped out of him that Paulina Nyström, who broke her contract with relegated Eskilstuna, finished with a new club.

- The forward players who are here, Paulina Nyström, who just signed for Everton, and Felicia Rogic, who we had an eye on with her speed, and Evelyn Ijeh who is also a very fast player, it's interesting, said Peter Gerhardsson.

When the union captain was alerted that the transfer to the Super League club had not been announced, a certain nervousness shone through.

- Well, no, I don't know that?

Er...no, I don't know.

I don't know where Paulina Nyström is going, muttered an embarrassed Gerhardsson.
