You can't directly say that Lugi has praised the market lately.

Since the victory against the superior table jumbo Heid on December 1, the losses have piled up.

Just in time for today's meeting with Västerås, however, they had an interesting addition.

Sabina Jacobsen was back after ten years abroad and she made a difference right away.

The 33-year-old, who was voted European Championship's best defensive player in 2014, was a rock in defense and a recurring threat in attack as Lugi took command of the game in the first half which they won 15-13.

A team they got a big stroke (35-22) from the days before Christmas.

But in the second half came the collapse.

A four-goal lead (18–14) went up in smoke in five minutes and then Lugi couldn't stand up and Västerås was finally able to win with a margin of three balls, 26–23.

A victory which meant that they advanced to second place in the table.

Lugi is second last, two points from firm ground.

- We don't really make the attack work, we are careless a lot.

At the back it's perfectly fine, but we don't get easy counterattacks and are forced to fight our way to all the goals and then it becomes difficult because we are quite thin going forward, says Jacobsen, who scored a goal and seven assists in the comeback, in C More.

She was not entirely satisfied with her own performance, even if there were glimmers of light.

- At the back, I feel that I have control of the situation throughout the match.

Going forward, I feel a bit tough, a bit heavy and can't really get it going, but I guess that also has a lot to do with interaction.

I have only practiced with the girls four times this week and need more time to get the timing right and learn the game.
