The 185-centimeter-tall guard Marcus Tyus was very successful during his two seasons in Sweden, 2018-2020.

In the first season, he was the leading scorer in the regular season, averaging 19.91 points per game.

That season ended with a SM silver for his Borås, and the following year it was SM gold.

"Works very hard"

Now, after two years of playing in Belgium, Germany and Cyprus, he is ready for a return to the Swedish basketball league.

Today, Norrköping Dolphins announced that they have done with Tyus.

- He works very hard and is a good defender and can score points in several different ways even though he is a really good shooter, says the team's coach Mikko Riipinen on the club's website, and later adds:

- We are very happy and proud to have the chance to work with Marcus and to bring him to our club.

I'm looking forward to getting him here and slowly but surely introducing him to how we want to play.

One who is surprised by the signing is SVT Sports expert Nick Rajacic.

"This is a BOMB!", he writes on Twitter.
