- The training was initially very nice to have.

There were so many emotions and thoughts.

Once I got here to the hall, I could leave everything outside.

All I could think about was running over this hedge or listening to the group as they talked.

It was nice to be in a different context.

Both in Toronto and in Sweden, Börje Salming received great ovations, both for what he was like as an ice hockey player, but also for what he was like as a person.

Despite being seriously ill with ALS, he was able to attend the tributes, with the help of his family.

- What I see as an advantage, which I don't think many people get to experience, is that dad got to experience a lot of his tributes before he passed away.

Aiming for top positions this spring

Despite the heavy months, the sadness and the loss, the 24-year-old gives the impression of seeing the light in the darkness.

In sports there are clear goals and results to aim for.  

- I have missed the indoor season two years in a row and I love competing indoors.

I love running pentathlon, she says.

During the EC in Munich last summer, she set a new personal best in heptathlon, 6185 points and finished eighth in the competition.

The winter's next major milestone is the indoor EC in Turkey in March.

- Now I don't just want to take part in the EC, now I want to go up and fight for the top positions.

Especially indoors, I feel that I really have the capacity to do it.

It feels like it's time for me to do that.
