It was before yesterday's sprint, where Maja Dahlqvist came second and Frida Karlsson fifth, that the "musical coup" took place.

Fis allows the skiers themselves to choose songs that are played in the ski stadium before the races.

The Norwegian riders, led by Tiril Udnes Weng, then chose the song "Vi kan köpa hela Sverige om vi vill" by the group Soppgirobygget.

A song that was also heard from the car when the Norwegian riders arrived at the stadium.

- It's a song that gets you started, which fits well before a ski race, says Tiril Udnes Weng with a laugh to VG.

The song choice was something that the Swedes Maja Dahlqvist and Frida Karlsson discovered, and therefore staged a coup and changed the Norwegians' song to "Without Sweden, Norge would be nothing" by SamTheMan.

- I don't know what FIS was thinking when you could exchange each other's songs.

When they had chosen "We can buy the whole of Sweden if we want", I thought, that's not possible.

But then they switched back, it was boring.

I was a little sad then, says Maja Dahlqvist to VG.

- We saw that Tiril had chosen the song.

Then we switched to "Without Sweden, Norway would be nothing" from SamTheMan.

But we later saw that Tiril had switched back, it was sad, says Frida Karlsson.
