The body of the legendary football player will be taken from the Albert Einstein hospital in Sao Paulo to the Vila Belmiro stadium in Santos.

The farewell ceremony with the football player will begin at 10 am local time and will last exactly one day, according to the official website of the Santos club.

It is noted that the ceremony will be open to the public, but those wishing to attend it will be prohibited from approaching the coffin.

After the ceremony, a procession will pass through the streets of Santos, which will head to the Ecumenical Necropolis memorial, where Pele will be buried.

The funeral ceremony will be reserved exclusively for the footballer's family and close friends.
