The English Premier League has resumed its schedule six weeks after the World Cup break.

Tottenham's Son Heung-min also performed well in the return match, wearing a mask and digesting full-time.

Son Heung-min started against Brentford wearing a black mask that became a symbol of fighting spirit at the Qatar World Cup.

It is his first official match in 55 days wearing a Tottenham uniform after suffering a facial fracture against Marseille in the Champions League on the 2nd of last month.

He actively led Tottenham's attack throughout the game.

In the 11th minute of the first half, he induced a free kick in front of the arc circle with a single dribble, and also shot twice, but was blocked by the goalkeeper.

Tottenham struggled until mid-game.

They gave up the opening goal in the 15th minute of the first half, and in the 8th minute of the second half, Tony allowed an additional goal from a corner kick given by Dyer's mistake in clearing, leading to a 2-0 lead.

After that, Tottenham's counterattack unfolded.

In the 20th minute of the second half, Kane headed Langle's cross, and in the 26th minute of the second half, Hoivier equalized.

Afterwards, Tottenham launched an onslaught aiming for a reversal, but in the 38th minute of the second half, Kane's header was aimed, but it hit the post and came out.

The match ended in a 2-2 draw with Son Heung-min playing full-time, keeping Tottenham in 4th place.
