Bin Sharqi and Mabkhout end Al Dhafra's stubbornness in front of Al Jazira

Al-Jazira came from behind with a goal to win 3-2 against its guest, Al-Dhafra, yesterday, in the opening of round 12 of the ADNOC Professional League, to raise its score to 23 points, and Al-Dhafra’s balance stops at four points.

The first half witnessed an advantage from Al-Jazira in the middle of the field, but without danger to the guest team, and the most prominent opportunity came from a ball that Abdullah Ramadan passed to Ashraf bin Sharqi and played it to Ali Mabkhout, and it reached Ramadan, who hit a powerful ball that was removed by Al Dhafra defense (20).

As for Al Dhafra, it relied on counter-attacks, and scored the first goal from an attack led by Moroccan Mohamed Al-Raihi, which reached Ali Eid, who fired a missile into the goal (24), while Bin Sharqi scored the equalizer after receiving a pass from Ali Mabkhout inside the penalty area, and the Moroccan striker hit the goal in minute (4 + 45).

In the second half, Ali Eid added the second goal for Al Dhafra, but the referee canceled it for offside.

In the 64th minute, Mabkhout scored the second goal from a direct free kick, while Zayed Al Ameri got a penalty kick in the 90th minute, which was scored by Mabkhout.

Al Ali responded by scoring the second goal for Al Dhafra.
