- In autumn, four new regions became part of Russia following the results of referendums.

What

is already being done to integrate these territories in the sports field?

Now sport is one of the important spheres of people's life.

In any case, victory in the NWO will be ours.

Therefore, it is necessary to think about integration.

We discussed the measures required to be taken at a meeting of the relevant committee of the State Duma... The assignment of ranks, honorary titles, refereeing and coaching categories must be brought into line with Russian legislation so that specialists have salary bonuses, as in other regions of the Russian Federation.

This is one of the main tasks.

The second is infrastructure, since the regime of Vladimir Zelensky hits social facilities.

Recently, the Lokomotiv swimming pool has been destroyed, and there was also an arrival at the Central Olympic Stadium.

Therefore, serious financial injections are required to bring the facilities in order.

From the following goals: the emergence of sports federations on the territory of new regions, which should be accepted into our large sports family so that competitions are held in them according to the rules established in the Russian Federation.

How much money will be needed to restore the infrastructure?

- It is difficult to say yet, because it is not clear what condition it is in.

Every day there is total destruction, rockets hit sports facilities.

Therefore, you must first win, and then conduct a deep assessment of the costs that are necessary for recovery.

- Can children from new regions already now participate in domestic competitions?

- Yes, some have left their homes, live in other regions of the Russian Federation and apply for tournaments that take place where it is safe.

They had such an opportunity even before the territories of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions became part of Russia.

- Now there is an active process of accepting Crimean football clubs into the professional leagues of Russia.

In the summer, we talked about creating a tournament for new regions.

Is it planned?

“Safety is essential for the competition.

If Crimea and Sevastopol are our territories where historical justice triumphed eight years ago, then in Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia hostilities are going on, and, of course, it is unsafe and impossible to organize a tournament there at this stage.

But we must legally prepare so that when victory is achieved, no one will feel any delay on our part and it will not take much time for the integration of sports federations around the perimeter of all of Russia.

- In this regard, new sanctions may be imposed on the Russian Federation?

- The collective West and the United States have already introduced everything they could.

They suspended our athletes.

The IOC recommendation violates the Olympic Charter and the charter of the organization, but it is valid.

At the same time, Thomas Bach has repeatedly said that athletes are not to blame for anything, and these restrictions are directed only against Vladimir Putin.

As the German emphasized, they are ready to allow athletes in a neutral status.

At the same time, people should abandon the policy of their country and the president.

However, it is unacceptable for us to perform without the national flag and anthem.

And the athletes will still have their say.

— But they participated in competitions in this status earlier.

“This was the same kind of manipulation.

No one has the right, especially such an organization as the IOC, to deprive an independent country of the primary signs of sovereignty.

And, in my opinion, it was impossible to agree to participate in tournaments without a flag and an anthem.

We must defend our interests.

The reason for everything was a fabricated report by Richard McLaren about doping problems in Russia, although we never had them.

We are well aware of this.

Unfortunately, at that time the Ministry of Sports recognized the document.

The collective West has a desire to fight Russia in the field of sports, and we have been seeing this since 2014: a doping scandal, suspension from competitions, admission only in a neutral status.

The CAS penalty has now expired following a WADA lawsuit.

But we understand that the sanctions have moved from one legal field to another.

Therefore, our task, and Putin spoke about this, is to create sports organizations within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

- For holding alternative tournaments?

— Yes, these are the competitions that will be based on the principles of Olympism.

By the way, they were founded not only by Pierre de Coubertin, but also by our General of the Army Butovsky.

It is the traditional values of Olympism that should form the foundation for the creation of new sports organizations within the framework of the SCO and BRICS.

Is work already underway in this direction?

- The president pointed out the need for it as part of his speech at the SCO summit.

And the Ministry of Sports should offer its ideas in the near future.

Competitions with friendly countries are already starting to take place.

We are all well aware that the IOC has a strange organizational form.

It includes the NOC and a collection of individuals.

But we know that the collective West and the US are not the whole world.

There are more than 200 National Olympic Committees, and three-quarters of them support Russia and understand that they could be in our place.

The West is quite actively manipulating everyone through sports.

And I think that in a year or two the creation of sports organizations within the framework of the SCO will only gain momentum.

More and more NOCs will join them.

- The head of the ROC, Stanislav Pozdnyakov, said that our athletes have a chance to participate in the Olympic Games 2024.

Do you agree with him?

- He referred to one IOC declarative document, the main message of which, as I said, is support for the fascist regime in Ukraine and condemnation of Russia.

Bach clearly stated that athletes should not suffer because of this situation ... Therefore, athletes will be able to compete in a neutral status if they do not support the policy of their state.

- Do you need public confirmation of your position?

- Official papers will be required.

We have already seen this in the international chess and motor sport federations, when our racer Sergey Karyakin refused to sign anything.

— That is, there are still few reasons for optimism?

- Yes.

And to ride in a neutral status, without a flag or an anthem... Athletes are well aware of what it is.

Therefore, the joy of Pozdnyakov raised questions in me.

Going to tournaments in a neutral status means following the lead of the IOC in an attempt to deprive your country of sovereignty.
