The gold celebrations in Buenos Aires ended in total chaos.
In one clip, two supporters can be seen jumping from a bridge into the bus carrying the players, one of the supporters landed sideways and fell off the bus.
According to local media, the situation must have been an incentive for those responsible to cancel the bus parade.
The players then had to be escorted away by helicopter as the bus could no longer move forward.
During the night, the party continued to derail as police and supporters clashed in the streets and squares.
According to the Buenos Aires Times, 13 people have been arrested and 31 injured.
