Productive striker for "Wings of the Soviets"

2022 did not have time to end, and the RPL clubs, judging by media reports, are preparing two high-profile transitions at once.

The transfer of Vladimir Sychevy to Wings of the Soviets has been officially confirmed.

As reported in the domestic media, one of the best scorers of the current RPL draw has already signed a personal agreement.

Samarans took advantage of the buyout option for 100 million rubles prescribed in his new contract.

At the same time, the contract with Samarans, allegedly, will contain a clause on the amount of compensation only for Zenit.

It is noted that the salary of the forward will double - from two to four million rubles a month, and lifting may amount to 35 million.

His transition was confirmed by the president of "Orenburg" Vasily Eremyakin, stressing that recently "everything has gone to this."

Such a move by the country's most productive striker was surprising.

In the fall, he extended the agreement with the former club until December 2024 and seemed to at least complete the season in it.

And after its completion, the author of 14 goals in the RPL could count on more interesting options.

For example, Lokomotiv's interest in him was recently reported.

There was information about the proposal received from the Serbian "Crvena Zvezda", which, allegedly, the player himself rejected.

And his agent Andrei Talaev spoke about communication with other European teams.

However, Eremyakin, anticipating the imminent departure of the leader, complained that he was being "pushed out" from Orenburg.

“Talking about Red Star is unnecessary.

We have information, the interest of the Serbs is not confirmed in any way.

Agents play.

Why do they do it?

I could tell a lot.

Around this story, too much ridiculous, unnecessary, based on the desire to join, earn money has grown, ”the RB-Sport functionary quotes.

And for the “Wings of the Soviets” the transfer of Sychevo is the perfect deal.

For less than €2m, they acquired a quality scorer.

The native is having a great debut season in the Premier League and scored 14 times in the first part of it.

He scored two hat-tricks (in matches with Ural and Krasnodar), upset Dynamo and CSKA twice, and once each - Lokomotiv, Khimki, Sochi and Akhmat.

The striker has more than half of the team's goals (14 out of 33).

He also made his debut in the Russian national team.

In doing so, he demonstrates transcendental implementation.

In terms of expected goals (xG), he should have scored only a little over eight times (8.27), but he used even not the most obvious chances.

This is the best overproforming in the league.

For comparison, Quincy Promes, who shares the lead in the scorer race with the Russian, is 3.23.

And Fedor Chalov, on the contrary, scores less than he should.

Not surprisingly, Sychevoi is one of the best in the tournament in terms of average number of shots (3.6), second only to Maxim Glushenkov (4.1), Promes (4.1) and Malkom (3.9).

At the same time, he does not focus exclusively on the free kick, like some forwards, but actively shifts to the flanks, where he plays with partners.

Wings of the Soviets may just have problems in attack due to the possible departure of Glushenkov to Lokomotiv.

This season, he scored six goals in all tournaments (Sychevoi - 17).

Other forwards in the team performed exclusively the functions of reservists and did not differ much: Vladislav Shitov and Dmitry Tsypchenko (two goals each).

Meanwhile, the decision of the football player to move to the banks of the Volga makes him even more related to Hamid Agalarov.

He became the top scorer of the last RPL season, but instead of the expected transfer to one of the domestic giants, he signed a contract with another middle peasant - Akhmat.

In a new place, a native of Dagestan landed in the reserve and almost does not upset his rivals.

However, it can be assumed that Sycheva will not find herself in such a situation, because Samarans demonstrate the same football as Orenburg.

They also rely on quick counter-attacks, in which the attackers have a lot of free space.

Therefore, Vladimir should not have difficulties with adaptation and problems with implementation.

And under the leadership of Igor Osinkin, he can only add.

Reliable defender for Lokomotiv

And Lokomotiv, in addition to the attack line, intends to strengthen the defense as well.

According to journalist Sergei Ilyev, Lokomotiv agreed with Rubin the transfer of Ilya Samoshnikov and will pay $ 1 million for it.

Such a move is unlikely to surprise anyone, because the left-back, who has played several matches for the Russian national team, is one of the main stars of Kazan who flew out to the First League in the spring.

And even in the summer he could replenish the composition of one of the capital's giants.

For example, the club did not hide the fact that the player was on trial at Dynamo, but the negotiations were unsuccessful.

At the same time, Rubin denied the information on which Samoshnikov allegedly did not pass a medical examination.

At the same time, it was reported about the desire of CSKA to rent him for the season with the right to repurchase.

They were also interested in Ilya in Spartak.

Allegedly, the sports director of the red and white Paul Ashworth offered the player Guillermo Abascal, but he refused, because he wanted to see a left-footed performer on the left flank, while the potential newcomer's working leg was right.

One way or another, the defender stayed at Rubin and even received the captain's armband.

In the First League, he took part in 16 matches, in which he scored one goal and gave two assists.

Meanwhile, the athlete’s contract with Kazan ends in June next year, and therefore you won’t have to overpay for it.

The hypothetical transition of Samoshnikov can be called an ideal deal in terms of the price-quality ratio, especially compared to the expenses that the railway workers allowed themselves under the previous leadership.

For relatively little money, they have the opportunity to get one of the strongest football players in the country in their position.

Ilya has made tremendous progress since moving from Torpedo to Rubin in early 2020.

He joined the team at the same time as Leonid Slutsky and, under his leadership, has grown to the national team.

Although the defender does not actively support attacks and does not have a high-quality cross (during several years of playing in the RPL he did not give a single assist), he brilliantly copes with his direct duties.

For example, last season, despite the fact that Kazan were relegated from the elite, Samoshnikov was one of the best in the Premier League in terms of the number of tackles (average 3.5).

Moreover, compared with the previous draw, he seriously improved this indicator (2.8).

Ilya made enough interceptions (2.6).

If we take the attacking characteristics, he has a good punch.

You can remember his winning goal against Spartak in the summer of 2021, scored with a powerful shot from the right from a long distance.

The athlete and technique are not deprived.

So, in the fall, he scored a beautiful goal against Alania, when at the corner of the penalty area he beat two opponents and accurately shot into the far one.

It is no coincidence that Valery Karpin also paid attention to the able-bodied football player.

In the fall of 2021, he not only received a call-up to the national team, but played in all three September matches of the qualifying stage of the 2022 World Cup.

In meetings with Croatia and Malta, he came on as a substitute, and spent the confrontation with Cyprus from the first to the last minute.

True, in November he was no longer invited due to damage.

Actually, high injuries are the main disadvantage of the defender.

Last year, due to muscle problems, he missed a total of more than three months.

That is why the rumors about the failed medical examination at Dynamo did not arise from scratch.

However, this year Samoshnikov did not fall out of action, and, therefore, he is able to help Lokomotiv.

At first glance, Mikhail Galaktionov has a choice in this position in the person of Nair Tiknizyan and Mario Mitai.

However, the Russian is not distinguished by increased reliability.

His love of connecting to attacks often leads to failures in defense.

And in an attempt to correct his own mistakes, the defender regularly breaks the rules.

Last season alone, he received three red cards in different competitions.

As for Mitai, his purchase from AEK in the summer for €3m is a mystery.

In the RPL, the newcomer has so far been content with substitutions, and twice appeared at the start only in the Russian Cup.

Perhaps a 19-year-old Albanian simply needs time to adapt to a new country.
