Tilda Johansson says that during the week she has had to struggle with her riding and her body due to headaches.

Nevertheless, Sunday's competition ended on the podium for the Swede, who rode the IBU Cup.

SVT's expert Björn Ferry thinks Johansson should get the chance in the World Cup after the New Year, and Johansson feels ready to compete at the highest level.

- I think so.

I think I have had very nice competitions in the IBU Cup, I have learned a lot and see and feel very safe as a biathlete right now.

I know my strengths and weaknesses and I know where I want to be.

I feel ready, she tells SVT Sport.

"Extremely tough competition"

However, she does not feel any stress about competing in the World Cup as soon as after the New Year.

- Of course the World Cup is a goal for me, but whether it is now after Christmas or whether it happens later in the season or next season is not really the most important thing for me right now, it is more about competing.

Of course, I want to perform well based on my capacity, regardless of which competition I go to.

But of course I want to go to the World Cup if Johannes (Lukas, national team coach) thinks I deserve that place, she says.

Johansson is one of eight female skaters who belong to the Swedish national team.

Six of these may ride in the World Cup, while the other two may ride the IBU Cup.

So far in the season, Johansson, together with Brorsson, have been the two who have gone in the second division.

- It is extremely tough competition and very difficult because all of us are so talented.

So if I were to go to the World Cup, it would feel like an honor, says Johansson.
