The UAE won the hosting of the 2023 Beach Soccer World Cup, in a new sporting excellence that confirms the great international position that the UAE enjoys in all fields and as a destination for global sports.

Yesterday, the International Federation of Football Associations (FIFA) granted the UAE the right to host the world championship, after the file submitted by the UAE Football Association last February surpassed many files submitted by other federations, including Seychelles, Colombia and Thailand, where the UAE file that contained On 117 pages, complete in all respects, and titled “We are ready.”

This hosting is the second for the UAE after the 2009 edition in Dubai, which witnessed Brazil crowning the championship title at the expense of Switzerland, while the previous edition of the tournament, which is held every two years, was held in Russia 2021, and witnessed the participation of the national team.

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, President of the UAE Football Association, affirmed that the victory of the UAE file is evidence of the international family's confidence in the popular game in the capabilities the UAE possesses in safe and successful organization, indicating that the UAE has achieved great successes in all the sporting events it has organized.

The tournament is scheduled to be held in the last quarter of next year, as the final date will be determined after the coordination meetings that will be held during the coming period.
