Brazil ousted Portuguese Bento from training South Korea
Portuguese coach Paulo Bento submitted his resignation from coaching the South Korean national team, following the loss that the team suffered from Brazil, 4-1, and its exit from the 2022 World Cup.
Pinto decided to resign from his post, which he assumed after the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Pinto confirmed in a press conference that he was happy after he coached the South Korean national team for 4 years.
He indicated that he had informed the South Korean Federation and the players of his decision to leave the team.
He explained that he would get some rest during the coming period.
