Calle Halfvarsson's season has started unluckily to say the least.
Once again he was not placed in a World Cup race.
Last time he had received the wrong information from the national team management, this time he had himself to blame when he fell.
- Bitter, of course.
I get on the inner ski and fall and go into the forest, Halfvarsson tells SVT Sport.
The Swede first thought he would get on the track and catch up, but it was difficult to break away.
- I got stuck there.
There were a lot of roots or clumps of snow and I simply got stuck, says Halfvarsson.
The Swede chose to withdraw from the competition,
- Of course I could have gone around anyway, but the air goes out of you, says Halfvarsson.
