The England national team set up a fiery match with its French counterpart, in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, after its easy victory over Senegal 3-0, in the fourth round of the final price, which was held on Sunday at Al-Bayt Stadium in Al-Khor area.

Jordan Henderson, Harry Kane and Bukayo Saka gave the "Three Lions" this victory, by scoring the three goals during the two halves of the match.

The Senegal national team was the first to threaten the English goal, but Jordan Pickford, Everton goalkeeper, excelled in deflecting a dangerous shot from close range.

The Teranga Lions demanded that the referee award a penalty kick after the ball touched the hand of defender John Stones, but he and the video assistant referee (VAR) rejected these claims.

And from the first real opportunity for the England national team, Jude Bellingham slipped deep into the Senegalese defense, and passed a cross to Henderson, who rushed from behind, to put it on the floor in the net of goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, at the 39th minute.

This goal is Harry Kane's fifty-second in his career with the England national team, and he is separated by a single goal to join his compatriot Wayne Rooney, the historic top scorer for the "Three Lions".

The England national team ended any chance for Senegal to return to the match, after a solo effort from Foden on the left side, then passed a ball that needed a light touch from Bukayo Saka, to settle into Mendy's net, a third goal for the English in the 56th minute.
