With less than three minutes remaining, she challenged two defenders but collided and quickly took to the knee.
She was then wrapped and carried off the plane.
Skuru's press contact Jonas Johansson says that there is not much to say about Bjärrenholt's injury before she has been examined.
When the examination can take place is currently unclear.
After the win, Skuru is still in third place in the handball league, while Skara is eleventh with only BK Heid behind them.
