In the match against Oskarhamn at the beginning of October, Mattias Tedenby twisted his foot and after examinations it was clear that the rehabilitation was expected to take six to eight weeks.

On Saturday afternoon, Tedenby was back on the ice – and he became a scorer immediately.

He started the goal shooting for HV71 when Rögle was visiting.

It would then be a goal-rich match from HV, who in the second period got into a big lead, with 4-0.

Then there was momentum at Rögle, and in less than two minutes Adam Tambellini scored two goals, to 4-2.

But the home team did not let go, but responded by making it 5-2 before the second period was over.

Emil Andrae then made his third assist of the day.

It was also extended to 6-2 in the final period, which was the final score in the match.

The victory means that HV71 moves up from relegation place to safe ground.
