Argentina beat Poland 2-0 in the last 3rd match of Group H held at the 974 Stadium in Doha, Qatar on the 1st (Korean time).

Argentina, which overcame the shock of its defeat to Saudi Arabia in the first game and defeated Mexico and Poland in a row, advanced to the round of 16 for the fifth time in a row since the 2006 German tournament with a record of 2 wins and 1 loss and 1st place in the group.

Poland had equal points with Mexico with 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss, but managed to advance to the round of 16 as second place in the group ahead of Mexico, who scored -1 with a goal difference of 0.

Poland succeeded in advancing to the round of 16 for the first time in 36 years since the 1986 tournament in Mexico.

Argentina will face Australia, second in Group D, for a place in the quarterfinals, while Poland will face France, second in Group D, in the round of 16.

Argentina launched a wave of offensive attacks with their star star Lionel Messi, but Poland's goalkeeper Szczesny made a save and struggled.

In the 36th minute of the first half, Messi scored a penalty kick, but this time it was blocked by Szczesny's save.
