On November 28, local time, the board of directors of Juventus Football Club held a meeting under the chairmanship of Andre Agnelli.

The Board of Directors resolved to appoint Mr. Maurizio Scanavino as General Manager.

Proposed by Chairman Andre Agnelli, in order to make the decision to update the board of directors submitted to the general meeting of shareholders as soon as possible, all members of the board of directors present at the meeting announced to relinquish their positions.

For the same reason, the three directors with power (chairman of the board Andrea Agnelli, vice-chairman Pavel Nedved and chief executive Maurizio Arrivabene) felt that the waiver gave them power is appropriate.

However, the board has asked Maurizio Arrivabene to continue as CEO.

Due to the above reasons, most of the directors in office have been suspended in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

Until the new Board of Directors is appointed at the General Meeting of Shareholders on January 18, 2023, the Board will continue to operate under a special regime, with the exception of director Daniela Marilengo, who has resigned.
