Gorbacheva in the fight for bronze bypassed Ksenia Sinitsyna, who had an advantage of five points after the short program, but in the free program, without ultra-si elements, she failed to stay in the top three.

Conquered the audience in Perm and Evgeny Semenenko.

His free program, even at the stage in Moscow, made a strong impression.

Fans saw how much the athlete has grown in terms of artistry.

For the second day in a row, Evgeny perfectly performed all the technical elements.

At these competitions, there was a maximum in the second assessment, in technical terms, too, almost everything is excellent.

And if Mishin’s student still cannot skate everything cleanly, although he makes mistakes that are not always noticeable to an inexperienced eye, and because of this he loses to athletes with more complex content, then the student of Victoria Butsaeva not only performed the program well (of the shortcomings, only one underrotation) but also charged the hall with positive emotions.

It was evident how he himself takes great pleasure in what he does on the ice.

“I rethought everything a little bit when I got injured – skating, the integrity of the work.

It's not all jumps, it's also composition.

I had an operation, sat down to watch my old performances, looked at other guys - I realized that something was missing.

For me and for some guys.

I thought: what is it?

And I understood - rotations, tracks, the integrity of the rental.

This is not yet at the highest level for me, but we are looking to ensure that not only the arms, but also the legs are connected on all elements, ”explained Yablokov.

As a result, Ilya won the silver medal of the Grand Prix stage.

And on the third line was the best of the losers of the tournament - Artyom Kovalev.

Triumph of Mishina and Gallyamov

In the competition of sports couples, Anastasia Mishina and Alexander Gallyamov, despite the microtrauma of their partner, only strengthened their advantage.

The leg almost does not bother me - thanks a lot to the federation, which provides us with vitamins, medicines, anesthetic ointments.

At the same time, Alexander admitted that because of the World Cup, he slightly violated the sports regime.

“Yesterday, until two in the morning, I watched football, the Argentina-Mexico match.
