New shocks in the World Cup – Costa Rica beat Japan

With ten minutes left to play in the meeting between Japan and Costa Rica, the score was 0-0.

Then Keysher Fuller stepped forward for Costa Rica, and made the decision 1-0.

Japan were big favorites before the match, after their shock victory against Germany in the opener.

Costa Rica, meanwhile, was coming off a 0–7 loss against Spain.
