The three-prize selection committee was held on the 27th of Chiakiraku at the Fukuoka International Center in Fukuoka City, where the Kyushu Tournament was held, and Takayasu, who was at the top of the list, was selected for the Distinguished Service Award.



Takayasu won a series of victories in sumo that attacked with a tough kick-off from the start, and at the end of the 14th day, he was the sole leader with 12 wins and 2 losses.



It was his 4th award since the Spring Tournament in 2017 due to the fact that he led the battle for victory so far.



Hiramaku no Aen was selected for the Fighting Spirit Award.



Aen is doing well at this place after the break, and his specialty thrusting sumo wrestling is doing well, and after the 14th day, he is in contention for the championship with 11 wins and 3 losses, one star difference.



Aen was praised for participating in the battle for the championship until the final round, and this is the fourth award since last year's Kyushu tournament.



The skill award will be awarded if Sekiwaki Toyohashi Ryu wins against Komusubi Kirimayama on the 27th.
