The goals came in spades.

After the first period, HV led 3-2 while the second period was goalless before the goals started to be scored again in the third.

Måns Lindbäck stayed in front and pushed in the important 4-2 on a return from Oskarshamn's goalkeeper Tim Juel on Chad Billin's shot.

"Victory is ours" was sung from the away pitch

A couple of minutes later, Mikkel Bödker was able to intercept an unsuccessful pass from an Oskarshamn player behind the goal, round Juel and make it 5-2 with an ice puck with his backhand.

In the final minutes, the large away crowd sang "Segern är vår" from the stands and were thanked by the team who took their first three points of the season away from home.

The victory was important for the team HV, who now have the same points as Oskarshamn at the bottom of the table, but also Rögle and Malmö are now within close reach.
