Sweden won the must-win match against Hungary in the handball EC

In the Stozice Arena in Slovenian Ljubljana, the Swedish handball ladies won 30-25 against Hungary.

First blue-yellow win in the intermediate round and now the Swedes need to rely on all three results of the last group stage in order for the medal chance to remain.

• Sweden must defeat Croatia.

• Semi-finalist Norway must win against Denmark.

• Slovenia must emerge victorious from the meeting with Hungary.

If this happens, Sweden will be second in the group ahead of Denmark and Slovenia on home goals.

But there is a long way to go.

In the first step, which makes the semifinal spot possible, Jamiina Roberts became Sweden's top scorer in the victory against Hungary.
