The gold shooter from the Paralympics in Tokyo started the world championship in the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday.

In the air rifle event, 10m (standing), it ended already in the qualifiers for Philip Jönsson.

The Swede accumulated 625.7 over his six series, which was not enough for the top eight to reach the final.

- I didn't really make it work as I know I can.

When you don't put the technique in place, it's difficult when against this opposition, says the 28-year-old.

"...shoot off some anger"

It is clear that the target was much higher, but there will be two new opportunities for Jönsson during the championship to compete for medals.

How do you reload?

- It's just a matter of recharging at training tomorrow and letting off some anger.

If I do well, I know I can go to the final.
