The competitions of the third session of the "Dubai Bicycle Challenge", one of the activities of the "Dubai Fitness Challenge", yesterday attracted about 35,000 cyclists, sponsored by the "DB World" group, and in cooperation with the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, and was held on two different tracks that pass between the most prominent and famous Landmarks in Dubai.

The event is held under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, to transform Dubai into a bicycle-friendly city, highlighting it as one of the most active cities in the world, and a distinguished place for life, work and visit, with the participation of a record number of 34,897. A cyclist of different ages, citizens, residents and visitors, who had a unique experience among the most prominent and famous landmarks of the city on Sheikh Zayed Road and Downtown Dubai, the most important of which are the Burj Khalifa, the Museum of the Future and the Dubai Water Canal.

The cyclists set out on two tracks: the first track on Sheikh Zayed Road, which is 12 km long, and stretched between the “Dubai World Trade Center” and “Safa Park,” passing over the Dubai Water Canal bridge, and the second family track with a length of four kilometers, around the “Sheikh Boulevard.” Mohammed bin Rashid", passing through some of the city's most famous landmarks including "The Dubai Mall", "Dubai Opera House", and "Burj Khalifa".
