I will support the team and I will pass on my love for Barcelona to my children, he said in a video on Twitter.

On Saturday, he will play his last game in his career when Barcelona host Almeria at home.

- It is time for my journey to end.

I have always said that Barcelona will be my last team.

And so it will be, he says.
