Shabab Al-Ahly Football Company announced that player Mohamed Juma Pele had a knee injury and was absent from the Dubai Knights for a period of up to six months.

The company stated on its official account on the social networking site “Twitter” that: “The results of the medical examinations proved that the player Mohamed Juma Pele had a knee injury, which would result in his absence during the next period of six months.”

Pele is one of the players that Portuguese coach Leonardo Jardim relies on in the past period, as the 25-year-old participated in six matches and scored one goal against Khorfakkan in the seventh round of the league.
