Mjällby, who have flashed by winning two straight matches, started the most energetically and kept the ball within their team most of the time.

But eventually the home team's offensive pressure subsided.

Instead, AIK took the lead in the 38th minute when Yasin Ayari, nicely played by Nicolas Stefanelli, placed the ball in the back of the net behind goalkeeper Samuel Brolin, who belongs to AIK, but is on loan to Mjällby.

Stefanelli late winner

After the break, Stefanelli and Erik Ring each had great chances to extend AIK's lead, but Brolin parried on both occasions.

A moment later, Vincent Thill shot the ball into the Mjällby goalkeeper's one post and out.

AIK seemed to have a handle on the situation, but Mjällby made a few player changes and found new energy.

Jacob Bergström equalized in the 80th minute.

The event looked to be headed for the cross, but in the 90th minute Nicolás Stefanelli became AIK's hero of the match.
