Since Stina Nilsson changed sports from cross-country skiing to biathlon, she has worked a lot with shooting.

In the quest to take further steps, there is one detail that they focused on a lot during the summer's training.

Flexibility important

- Biathlon is like a dance... Above all, laying down on the mat, that it should go as smoothly as possible.

It's something we go over all the time in my case.

I can feel that I am definitely making strides and that things are moving more smoothly.

But I can still become a lot more agile than I am.

Nilsson looks back on last year's season with joy.

- Last year was a great development in the right direction, I got to try being in the top ten for the first time in the World Cup, I got to shoot 90 percent and be third, I got a SM gold.

There was so much that happened and I'm super proud of that development last year.

Looking forward to the Swedish premiere

She does not know how much has happened during the pre-season this year.

A first answer to that awaits during a star-studded Swedish premiere in Idre on November 12-13.

- It is very difficult to say now.

There is a lot that has been filed.

It is only when you enter the competition season that you know where your level is.

Therefore, it feels exciting to soon be able to put on the competition suit.

The Swedish premiere will be a great opportunity to see what works and what needs a little extra work.
