The Dubai Fitness Challenge is in its sixth session today, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, an initiative launched by His Highness to support his vision of making Dubai one of the most active cities in the world.

The “Challenge” provides for all members of society and of all age groups, over a period of 30 days, a variety of events and activities distributed throughout the city, including the “Dubai Running Challenge” and the “Dubai Bicycle Challenge”, and the events start today until Sunday, November 27. .

The first week sees a busy program that welcomes participants of all ages and physical abilities, as well as beginners, in two fitness villages in Kite Beach and “Last Exit Al Khawaneej” to provide a wide variety of activities, events and special sports classes over the 30 days of the challenge, in addition to The first 12 fitness centers that will receive participants in various parts of Dubai, in addition to 10 sports events for partners across the emirate, which participants can register and participate in.

In the two free fitness villages in Kite Beach and Last Exit Al Khawaneej, everyone will have the most beautiful time to enhance their fitness, as they can participate in a large number of fitness classes that vary between aerobics, football, yoga, boxing and other sports.

Ten sports events will be held this week across the city, including running, swimming, outdoor adventures and group classes, and participants must register in advance for all events through their sites.
