Farhiya Abdi made his first caps this summer against Iceland and Finland, having not featured since the Olympic qualifiers in February 2020.
Amanda Zahui is also back in the women's national team.
In August, she took part in the women's national team's training camp, and the qualifying match in Fyrishov will be her first international match since the Olympic qualification.
Of the 16 players called up, twelve will play against Israel.
