In the bronze medal match of the 10m air pistol mixed team competition, Zhang Bowen and Jiang Ranxin's opponents were another pair of Chinese pairs Liu Jinyao and Li Xue.
The two pairs entered the bronze medal round with sixth and third places in the qualifying rounds respectively.
In the medal match of the team competition, players take turns shooting, and the number of rings each shot by the combined players is added up.
In the bronze medal match, the combination of Zhang Bowen and Jiang Ranxin became the better team.

In the first stage of the project, the Chinese team ranked second in the first stage of the qualifying round with 873, and successfully advanced to the second stage of the qualifying competition.
In the second stage of the qualifying round, the Chinese combination remained stable, ranked first in the 587 ring, and joined the second-ranked Iranian combination to advance to the gold medal match.
