Player Kim Han-byul, who abused a game manager during the Korea Professional Golf and KPGA Korean Tour tournaments, was fined 10 million won and disciplined for 40 hours of volunteer work.

The KPGA held a reward and punishment committee at the KPGA headquarters in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do and announced that Kim Han-byul was sanctioned for 'a fine of 10 million won and 40 hours of volunteer work as a fore caddy in the final stage of the Korean Tour Qualifying Tournament'.

Kim Han-byeol was referred to the punishment and punishment committee for verbal abuse at the 'Fore Caddy' who checked the location of the ball during the Korean Tour Hyundai Marine & Marine Engineering Choi Gyeong-ju Invitational game held in Yeoju-si, Gyeonggi-do earlier this month.

At that time, when the fore caddy, who was looking for the ball, could not properly check the location of the ball, Kim Han-byeol made abusive comments such as "Did you not receive an education?"

He also broke his golf club when he didn't like the shot he hit in the rough earlier.

The purpose of this discipline is to reflect on the fore caddy as much as he abused the fore caddy directly through volunteer work.

Kim Han-byul is a star player with three career victories on the KPGA Korean Tour.

If Kim Han-byul has any objection to the association's disposition, he can request a retrial within 15 days of receiving the notice.

Kim Han-byul, who attended the reward and punishment committee today (24th), said, "Once again, I sincerely apologize to those who have been hurt by my sensible and thoughtless actions and inappropriate words and actions. I also apologize to the officials, my fellow seniors and juniors, and the sponsors."

"I will do my best to become a more mature player by reflecting on such irresponsible behavior and restoring lost trust."
