Smålandsklubben secured promotion from the elite top via a 2–0 victory away to Boråsklubben Bergdalen.
Danish defender Maria Thomsen gave her Växjö 1-0 just after the half-time break, and just three minutes later Åland's Olivia Mattsson added, who headed in 2-0.
Her fifth goal of the season.
2–0 and Växjö clear for the women's league, and Växjö celebrated its thirteenth straight victory and especially the return with gold hats.
And the club's stay in the elite was only one year.
Three rounds remain of the elite top - Norrköping, Uppsala and Alingsås are the teams that can join Växjö to next season through the second direct place and qualification.
